All IBF-International clubs, coaches and instructors in the UK will need to have the following in place

An Enhanced DBS check.

Each IBF GB-Club must have a designated Child Protection/ Safeguarding Officer if teaching Children and be registered as an IBF Member.

Each IBF-GB Club must have Insurance with Public liability cover either their own sourced insurance or through IBF-GB.

Member to member insurance if training under the IBF-GB.

Photography and filming consent form All IBF-GB registered clubs and to be signed before any IBF-GB sanctioned Seminar attendance by all and any participants.

IBF-GB registration and membership forms.

Following must be publicly displayed and assessable at IBF-GB clubs:
IBF-GB safeguarding policy
IBF-GB Code of Conduct
IBF-GB Social Media Policy


If your club is not registered as a IBF-GB member but you are then you are then an individual/independent member of the IBF.
You are not allowed to use the IBF-International or IBF-GB logos or promotional information falsely to promote your club.

You as an individual can train at any IBF-GB club in the UK as an insured member and are entitled to half price fees in attendance of IBF-GB sanctioned Seminars in the UK.

Only seminars organised, and insured under IBF-GB will be sanctioned as IBF-GB events.
Only official uniform, Gi's etc to your respective martial art maybe worn at any IBF sanctioned seminar not mixed wear.
